Return and Refund Policy 

1. Sales and Cancellations
All sales are final. Refunds, returns, or order cancellations are not allowed.

2. Made-to-Order Products
All products are made-to-order, and raw materials are purchased immediately upon order confirmation.

3. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. The company is not liable for lost, misdelivered, or incorrectly addressed items.

4. Quality Complaints
Any complaints regarding product quality must be reported within 72 hours of pickup. Complaints made after this period will not be accepted.

5. Scope of Policy
This policy applies to all products, including MOJOMAX, Shea Butter, and Coconut Oil, regardless of quantity or order size.
