Shipping policy

All deliveries are EXW (Ex Works).

Buyer is fully responsible for all shipping, customs clearance, taxes, duties, and any risks during transit.

Seller is not liable for delays, third-party pickups, or loss during shipment.

Products may have seasonal or production-related delays; the buyer will be notified via email when goods are ready.

Third-party representatives or agents authorized by the buyer are valid for pickup; any issues after handover are the buyer’s responsibility.

Any quality complaints must be reported within 72 hours of pickup; otherwise they are invalid.
