Shipping policy

  • All deliveries are EXW (Ex Works).

  • Buyer is fully responsible for all shipping, customs clearance, taxes, duties, and any risks during transit.

  • Seller is not liable for delays, third-party pickups, or loss during shipment.

  • Products may have seasonal or production-related delays; the buyer will be notified via email when goods are ready.

  • Third-party representatives or agents authorized by the buyer are valid for pickup; any issues after handover are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Any quality complaints must be reported within 72 hours of pickup; otherwise they are invalid.
