Terms & Conditions    

1. Products & Orders

  • All products are Made-to-Order.

  • Estimated production: 120 days (or 15 days if stock is available).

  • Shopify logs SKU, barcode, quantities, order time, IP, and device info as official records.

2. Payment & Authorization

  • Payments via 3D Secure or 2D Debit/Credit Card.

  • Orders are non-refundable and cannot be canceled after payment.

  • Fraud, chargeback, or unauthorized payment claims are protected by Shopify logs, PDF Proforma Invoice, and Pickup Code.

  • In regions without 3D Secure (e.g., Africa, Middle East, North Africa), 2D payments are considered authorized.

3. Delivery & Risk

  • Delivery is EXW (Ex Works).

  • Products may be picked up by buyer or authorized representative.

  • Pickup Code (OTP) from Shopify must be presented.

  • ID verification or photo/video at pickup is recommended; otherwise, buyer assumes full responsibility.

  • Customs, taxes, shipping, and loss are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Quality complaints must be reported within 72 hours.

4. Fraud & Chargeback Protection

  • Shopify logs IP, device, and timestamp.

  • Pickup Authorization emails are sent to buyer and seller.

  • Records serve as official evidence in case of disputes.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • All orders are strictly non-refundable.

  • Made-to-order production requires immediate raw material purchase.

6. Brand Protection

  • Unauthorized use of brand, images, or videos is prohibited.

7. Force Majeure

  • Not liable for war, civil unrest, natural disasters, or government actions.

  • Production delays will be communicated in advance.

8. Summary

  • No refunds / cancellations → protects production investment

  • Shopify PDF + Pickup Code → legal proof

  • Third-party pickups are valid; responsibility lies with buyer

  • Fraud/chargeback protection: 90%+ secured
